Live Domain & Site ownership

All domains names are registered to the customer and we are simply the admin contact.

All aspects of the site designs, other than that supplied by the customer (eg. images of your own car, specific text) remain ours and for use on sites hosted on our servers only.

Access to the sites file system is not permitted and FTP access cannot be granted as this could compromise site security. There can be NO exceptions to this.

Site Artwork

Should a customer require artwork from their site, providing all payments are up to date, then this can be provided and we can usually deal direct with printers if required to ensure the correct formats can be supplied.

Draft Sites

No copying of files or artwork from draft sites is permitted. Draft sites remain on our site for 2 weeks but this period can be extended upon request. Where applicable, an initial draft site will be free of charge. Further drafts incur a small fee which is taken off the design cost.

Timescale

We aim to get sites live within 5 working days from order. This can be longer where sites are being highly customised but this will be discussed if appropriate at the time.

SEO

Our SEO service is in no way guaranteed as there are simply too many variables involved however, we usually find that sites are found and listed by Google in around 7 - 10 days. This is no indication of where a site will be listed for the various search terms.
